I ordered 9 pairs of incontinence briefs - 3 of beige 5XL/6XL, 3 of blue 5XL/6XL and 3 pink L/XL - which are WAY TOO SMALL. Mistake I guess, but I’m usually a size 14/16 so I guess I didn’t pay enough attention.
Hi Wendy, we're sorry to hear that you had a problem with the sizing. Unfortunately in Australia there are no set guidelines for sizes so it does make it difficult to get consistency between brands. We do provide a size chart on the website to help ensure you get the most accurate size and it's always best to take your measurements and cross check them against the size chart to ensure accuracy.
