Here at Zero Waste Co we are operating a full capacity and are still shipping all orders the same day that are placed before 12 PM. Although due to Covid-19 some things have changed some aspects of business, in which we detail below...

WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS

All of our staff are adhering to strict hygiene standards in our warehouse implementing social distancing, regular washing of hands and wearing masks in all relevant areas of the workplace. The health and safety of our staff is the number one priority because that means our customers are our most important priority! We hope that everyone is and stays safe during these CrazyDays!!

DELIVERY

As we use Sendle (carbon-neutral courier) to send out our orders, we're not generally impacted by the delays of AusPost. However, receiving inventory is another thing! A 5 business day re-stock of our inventory is now a 40-day re-stock. Items that are normally in stock may be pre-order. But, don't worry everyone will get their eco-friendly order - it might just take a little longer - sorry!

Our delivery partners no longer require a signature for delivery, instead safely dropping your parcel/s off without contact. 

Due to increased volume of parcels Auspost is receiving, reduction in air freight, as well as ensuring health and safety measures within facilities, delivery timeframes may be impacted.

EXPRESS POST GUARANTEE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED

But don't worry, 99.9% of our deliveries are sent out using carbon-neutral company Sendle, but on the odd occasion where we do use AusePost,

Express Post is still available and will continue to be prioritised as the fastest option available during checkout however, meeting the next business day delivery standard cannot be guaranteed.
